Dressage Officials

National Candidate Panel

• Allowed to judge all classes up to and including Advanced.
• Prix St. George and Intermediate I only in Namibia and only in the company of a National Panel or higher judge.

Provincial A Panel

• Allowed to judge all classes up to and including Medium.
• Championships: Must be in the company of at least one National Candidate Panel or higher judge.

Provincial B Panel

• Allowed to judge all classes up to and including Elementary-Medium.
• Championships: Must be in the company of at least one National Candidate Panel or higher judge.

Provincial C Panel

• Allowed to judge all classes up to and including Elementary.
• Championships: Must be in the company of at least one National Candidate Panel or higher judge.

Provincial D Panel

• Allowed to judge all classes up to and including Novice.
• Not allowed to judge at Championships.

Learner Judges Panel

• Allowed to judge Preliminary classes; NO CHILDREN.
• Not allowed to judge championships.

Trainee Judges Panel A

• Allowed to judge ungraded classes and at training shows only; NO CHILDREN.
• Not allowed to judge championships. 

Trainee Judges Panel B

• Scribe, sit in, attend seminars
• NOT allowed to judge
